York County deputies allegedly found out 52-year-old Lana Clayton killed her spouse, Steven Clayton, 64, when an autopsy uncovered a high amount of tetrahydrozoline in her husband's body.
South Carolina woman admits to spiking his food between July 19 and 21. Steven Clayton, 64, had high levels of tetrahydrozoline in his system according to an autopsy.
Lana Clayton confessed to investigators but deputies didn't give a motive for killing her spouse of eight years.
