Priest Drowns After Giving Out His Life Jacket To Save A Friend

Rev. Fr. Charles Chukwukelue Ebele, the parish priest of St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, Inoma, Anambra State, had died after drowning inside river Niger.

The sad incident occurred yesterday. According to one Azubike Imoka, the priest had given out his life jacket to save his friend when their boat was about to capsize.
