Few days ago the two Nigerian Rappers, M-I and Chocolate City did sue the American Hip-hop rapper Nas, real name Nasir Jones claiming he didn't deliver the verse they paid him for.
In the Lawsuit, which was fill in the New York State supreme court, claiming him and his record label entered an agreement with Nas and his partner Ronnie Goodman in 2013 to contribute a verse to a track by M I but he didn't deliver his job and was paid $50,000 for it.
According to the agreement they both made to each other. Nas was meant to mention his name "M I , Chocolate City, Nigeria, Queen, New York. Nas's home town, Mandela, Trayvon Matins, and struggle of Africans and African Americans" in his verse. but Nas delivered the track but never mention any of the subject which he was been paid for.
Chocolate City then requested that the queens rapper record label re-record the verse but he never did. Its been three years now since Nas has refused to deliver the verse.
