According to the Associated Press, a New York federal judge ruled that blocking people especially critics simply for Amendment. In the ruling, judge Naomi Reice Buchwald said that no government official, including the Commander in Chief, is above the law.
As a result, a justice department attorney said that Trump will just have to mute people to avoid seeing tweets he doesn't want to read. The case was filed last July by the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University and seven Twitter users who were block by Trump after criticizing him.
