Harlee Lane Lewis was found dead 'hidden inside a diaper box' just 1,000 yards from her Chesterfield Country home.
Harlee's mother, 19-year-old Breanna Lewis, was charged with filing a false police report after clamming that her daughter had been abducted.
An Amber Alert been issued for the girl an hour after she was reported missing but that has since been ended. Her mother, 19, claimed that a man jump her when she was walking to the mailbox while carrying Harlee.
She claimed that the man punched her several times in the head before taking the baby with him. Authorities are now questioning the mother and her family members.
