Brooke 'Skylar' Richardson is facing charges including aggravated murder and involuntary manslaughter for allegedly burying her newborn daughter in the backyard last may, but has been freely roaming around town for the past month, leaving some residents in a rage. She was arrested after her prom night.
She was put on modified house arrest last month, with the judge ruing she would have a curfew of 9pm through 7am and be supervised via GPS monitoring and random home visits. However, residents have spotted her being driven around in her family car.
Authorities first learned of the baby from a doctor Richardson had visited just a few weeks before she gave birth. The remains were found soon after, and prosecutors believe that Richardson buried the baby shortly after giving birth.
There is no proof however that she burned the child, and her defense continues to claim the child was delivered stillborn.
