The deceased has been identified as Moses Mashaka, a second year student at St Augustine University of Tanzania pursing a Bachelor's degree in Education.
Mashaka has placed a bet on the game, predicting that Liverpool will crowned champions. According to the Police, the case was reported by the land lady.
