Birdman has decided it's time to let go of his Miami mansion. The Blast reports he's giving up his fight to keep the mega home from being taken in his $12million legal battler.
Birdman is going to sell the mansion, which used to belong to Scott Storch, according to court documents. He purchased it back in 2012 for $14.5million.
The layout of the mansion includes 9 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, two swimming pools, a movie theater, a gym, a spa and a private dock among other amenities. Birdman has reached a deal with the company suing him to sell the home to a third party "as is" for $13.5million.
The company is suing him, EMG transfer Agent, accused Birdman of borrowing $12 million and putting the Miami home up as collateral, then defaulting on the loan. A judge found in EMG'S favor.
This is happening right after it was announced that Birdman and Lil Wayne finally settle a lawsuit with Cash Money and Universal Records. Weezy is setup to receive $10 million in that settlement, though none of the money is coming directly from Birdman.
