Corps Member Drowns In River State

A 2018 Batch A corper serving in Asaba, Andoni LGA of River State, had died after his boat capsized on June 12,2018.


Samuel Rufus, from Ekiti State, and his friends had gone swimming. They were conveyed to the swimming location by a boat, but while returning, the boat capsized and he drowned. His corpse was retrieved three days later and has not been buried.
