Chris Watts, 33, was taken into custody on Wednesday after allegedly confessing to killing his wife Shanann and two daughters. He has not yet been charged.
Chris Watts, Shanann's husband, has reportedly confessed to killing his wife and children and has been detained.
Hours before his arrest, Chris appeared on NBC's Today show where he said he had 'like no idea' where the family went.
The 33-year-ols has not yet been charged but police are now looking for his wife and kid's bodies. Watts told police he last saw his wife Shanann on Monday at 5:14am. He said she had just gotten home from a business trip and the pair had an 'emotional conversation' for four hours before he left for work.
On Wednesday, he appeared on NBC's Today show pleading for them to return. In a separate interview, he said she told him she was taking the kids to a friend's house.
Shanann is 15 weeks pregnant with the couple's third child. She vanished along with their daughters Bella, four, and Celeste, three. Her car, phone, wallet, money and IDs were all found in the family home.
Both Shanann and her husband had been arrested in North Carolina several times before moving to Colorado in 2012.
