Jean Pierre Ndossoka, 61, has been charged with capital murder after he allegedly fatally stabbed his two children in Houston on Saturday. Houston police found him with a self-inflicted gunshot wound in his car Sunday and he was taken to a hospital in stable condition.

Police located him on Sunday and he was taken to a hospital in table condition.
He will appear in court on capital murder charges on Monday morning.
