Brian Johnson Jr. and Anthony Johnson were also charged over the brutal murder. Anthony has been sentenced to life in prison and Brian will be sentenced on September 6. John, 19, heled hit Robert Banks until he died and stuck flashlight in his rear.
He took photos of bloodied, dead man on a mattress and sent them to his mom.
The men say they had acted after Johnson's mother claimed she was raped, Banks had denied the accusation, but the group beat him dead regardless.
After the killing, brothers called their father to help them dispose of the body.
