Jaye Hardley And Justin Cox Pictures, Murder Her 5-Year-Old Son

Jaye Hadley, 32 and Justin Cox, 33 have been charged with murder over the death of five-year-old Alexander Levi Robertson in January.

Robertson, who had shoe marks on his backside, was found unresponsive on January 8. He was taken to hospital and put on life support but died the following week.

Hadley and Cox appeared in court on Monday where a judge ruled there was sufficient evidence to go ahead with the case.

Robertson tested positive for opioids after deputies noticed a strong smell of marijuana in the house.
