24-Year-Old Howell Emmanuel "Serial Killer" Arrested For Killing 3 Male And 1 Female On Different Occasions Without Being Offended

Tampa Fla, police have released arrest documents that reveal key evidence that led the arrest of the man the say shot and killed four people since October in Seminole Heights.

A tip about the man with a gun ultimately led police to 24.year-old Howell Emanuel Donaldson III, also know as Trai, on Tuesday afternoon at a McDonald's in Ybor City.

Donaldson, who goes by trai because it is a family name, had been charged with four counts of first degree murder and accused of fatally shooting Benjamin Mitcheel, Monica Hoffa, Anthony Naiboa and Ronald Felton. He is pictured left with his mother and sister.
The first attack happened on October 9 when Benjamin Mitcheel was shot dead after getting off a bus in the neighborhood at night. Two days after Mitcheel, 22, was shot, Monica Hoffa 32, was gunned down.
On October 19, Anthony Naiboa, 20, was shot after taking the wrong bus home from his new job.  Then on November 14 Ronald Felton was crossing at Nebraska and Wilder when a man dressed in all black came up behind him and shot him.
