Man Kills His Mother In Nnewi Because A Prophet Told Him She's The Cause Of His Problems (Photos)

Residents of Okpuneze community in Nnewi, Anambra state, were thrown into shock yesterday when a man from the same community killed his mother allegedly because a prophet told him she's the cause of his problems.

The man, who is married with a child, slashed his mother's neck with a cutlass and left her bleeding, then escaped with his family. The incident reportedly happened yesterday evening.

Photos shared on social media show the woman lying in a pool of blood. She was later covered by neighbors as they awaited the arrival of the authorities.
