Woman Kidnapped A Baby Boy With Two Men, Setting Him On Fire

Felicia Marie-Nicole Smith, 25, was charged with first degree murder of Levi on Saturday.

Levi Cole Ellerbe was kidnapped, set on fire and dumped by train tracks on July 17 after his mother was attacked with mace. The infant died the next day of his injuries.

Mother Hanna Barker had run away to escape her attackers, but when she returned, her son was missing.
