After filling a lawsuit against Chris Brown stemming from a 2014 shooting, Suge Knight has now dropped his case.
According to a report from TMZ, Knight was threatened to drop the lawsuit after Breezy's team of lawyers from the law firm of Geragos &Geragos sent Suge and his Legal team a letter. The letter reportedly stated suge would not win the case and when it was thrown out, Chris Brown would fire back in a "Malicious" prosecution lawsuit.
Suge has sued the R&B singer in 2016 after a shooting at the 1 OAK night in Hollywood. The Death Row Records co-founder was shot seven times at the venue while Chris was performing. Suge argued that security at the club was lacking, allowing him to be shot.
Chris Brown is gearing up for the release of his next album, Heartbreak on a full Moon. The project is set to release next week and will feature 45 songs. Earlier last week, Breezy revealed he had hundreds of unreleased tracks saved on his phone.
During an interview with hot 97, the singer said, "Right now, it's been better because I built a studio I my house. So, I never have leave. But for me, on my phone right now, I have 800 songs that nobody's heard."
The "High End" artist went on to say, "Not bragging but my work ethic only allows me to stay creative. I love music in itself so me being able to create at an abundant rate, for me I just think it's a blessing
