The family of Pamela Elarabi claims Facebook did not remove an image the mother of two posted of herself committing suicide.
Elarabi, who was a yoga instructor, died on June 23 at the age of 49 after committing suicide in her New Jersey home.
Elarabi died on June 23 in a New Jersey hospital, hours after she shared the disturbing picture.
Her family said the photo remained on her page for three days and Elarabi's daughter had to hack into her Facebook account and delete it herself.
The family said other despairing messages Elarabi posted the day she took her own life remain on her page.
A month before she killed herself, Elarabi had a posted message about Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain's suicides.
does anyone have the picture that was posted? I have tried to look all over. What I heard on the news was it wasn't a picture of her committing suicide - because then she wouldn't have been able to post it. Apparently it was right before and the picture included what she was going to do (believe she hung herself) I was just wondering WHAT was in this picture but nothing I read tells me....
ReplyDeleteCan someone please tell me what the picture entails? They said on the news the pictured included what she needed to commit suicide (suicide by hanging) but I never saw the picture and I could not find out what was in the picture. Does anyone know?
